Research
Today's data management problems are characterised by a constant and considerable increase in the amount of data to be processed and by the emergence of new uses for this data. of data to be processed and the emergence of new uses for this data, mainly driven by the development of the development of the social web and the semantic web. Traditional data management systems and technologies are no longer systems and technologies are no longer able to manage, process and analyse these gigantic masses of data efficiently. The research carried out by the Databases team aims to offer effective and original solutions for large-scale data management and its new uses. More specifically, it focuses on data access data quality and consistency, and the management of large-scale transactions.
